Cullen came a few days ago to inspect our unit and we ended up ordering a new unit. He was very kind and professional. Today Kenny and Billy came to remove the old unit and install the new unit. Cullen helped us get everything set up with picking out the unit and setting up financing. He also brought us 3 heaters to help us make it through the few days we had to wait for the install. Billy and Kenny installed a new Goodman heat pump in my home, they done an amazing job! They were able to answer all my questions/concerns and were very knowledgeable about the install of the unit. Billy took he's time making sure I understand how to use the thermostat and how to best keep up maintenance on my unit! Installers Kenny and Gordon showed up on time along with Aubrey the duct cleaning specialist. It was a complete system change out from my old HAVC system to the new Fujitsu Omnibus system. Both installers as well as the duct cleaner all were professional and did a great job. I was highly satisfied with the installation and the quality of the system. I would highly recommend!

We had a complete system install and Billy and his crew did a fantastic job. It was a long day, but they stayed late to ensure that we were up and running. They also went out of their way to install a pump and reroute our condensation line.

As for the new system, it's only been a short time, but performance has been a night and day difference. Our prior setup would peak at over 82 degrees. This unit is holding strong at 72 during the hottest time of the day.

I can't recommend these folks enough.
