We had a complete system install and Billy and his crew did a fantastic job. It was a long day, but they stayed late to ensure that we were up and running. They also went out of their way to install a pump and reroute our condensation line.
As for the new system, it's only been a short time, but performance has been a night and day difference. Our prior setup would peak at over 82 degrees. This unit is holding strong at 72 during the hottest time of the day.
I can't recommend these folks enough.
Billy, Austin, and Kenny were very respectful, caring, and kind to us. They answered all of our questions. They did a walk through and explained everything. They were at our home for 12 hours (installed the AC unit outside and unit inside), so it was a long day for them. We applaud them because we didn't have air conditioning and they were out in the heat.
Air Supreme is a fantastic company! They came on a Sunday morning when I was sweltering in over 90* heat due to a broken air conditioner. Dustin offered options for repair and/or quotes for new units. I ended up going with a new unit. They installed temporary window air conditioners that very day and my installation was scheduled by Wednesday, three short days later. I spoke with Regina in the office for scheduling the install. She ensured that I was added to the install list in a super speedy fashion. Dakota and TJ had my unit quietly and professionally installed very quickly. Dakota gave me a quick crash course on everything I needed to know to operate my new system efficiently. I cannot recommend this company enough.
Wonderful people to work with. Communication was excellent took the time to explain everything. AC was up in running in minutes.
I highly recommend this place! We called on Saturday afternoon and they were able to come out on Sunday morning to fix our A/C! They had the part that was needed and had it up and running within an hour!
Mark and Shawn were great. They had to work in extreme heat but got the job done in the time they told us.

We recently had a new HVAC unit installed by Air Supreme Heating and Air Conditioning, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the service was outstanding. Our technicians, Billy and Kenny, worked extremely hard all day to complete the installation in just one day, which we really appreciated. Not only were they efficient and knowledgeable, but they also took great care to clean up after themselves and left the work area just as they found it. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to quality really stood out. I would highly recommend Air Supreme to anyone in need of HVAC services.
Kenny, Billy, and Gordon met every expectation/request that I made of them. We are very pleased with the new equipment. Cleanliness and professionalism were a top priority for this group.
