We've had our unit for 3 1/2 years with no issue. We get the maintenance plan and the company is diligent is getting the unit serviced.
Cullen came out today for routine maintenance and was very attentive. He was respectful, knowledgeable and gave us several tips on getting the most out of our unit. Thank you!

Cullen came a few days ago to inspect our unit and we ended up ordering a new unit. He was very kind and professional. Today Kenny and Billy came to remove the old unit and install the new unit. They did a good job, they were kind and explained what was done in detail. This was our fist time to choose Air Supreme and we feel very pleased with our choice.
Terry and his crew were great! They arrived on time and gave us a whole new system in one day! They were all very professional and polite and cleaned up everything as well! I highly recommend!
We had such a great experience with Air Supreme Heating and Air! From start to finish, everything was handled so professionally and efficiently. Cullen helped us get everything set up with picking out the unit and setting up financing. He also brought us 3 heaters to help us make it through the few days we had to wait for the install. The installers — Kenny, Billy, and Austin — did an amazing job getting our new system set up. They were friendly, respectful, and took the time to explain everything before they left. You can really tell they care about their work and making sure the customer is happy. Our home already feels so much more comfortable! Highly recommend Air Supreme and their crew — thank you for making the whole process so smooth!
Billy and Kenny installed a new Goodman heat pump in my home, they done an amazing job! They were able to answer all my questions/concerns and were very knowledgeable about the install of the unit. Billy took he's time making sure I understand how to use the thermostat and how to best keep up maintenance on my unit! Both men were very polite and professional and I would happily recommend air supreme!
Kenny and Billy were fantastic!! They had a cancelation and worked us in 2 days prior to scheduled install. They were fast and very professional and so nice! They even put our fence back up after installing the unit! Cullen was so good to find a unit at the best price for our home and gave us good direction on how to proceed with the most cost effective outcome! Aaron made our lives so much easier with the down payment and approval process. Truly an amazing team at Air Supreme!!! If I could give more stars I would!! Thanks guys!!
Installers Kenny and Gordon showed up on time along with Aubrey the duct cleaning specialist. It was a complete system change out from my old HAVC system to the new Fujitsu Omnibus system. Both installers as well as the duct cleaner all were professional and did a great job. I was highly satisfied with the installation and the quality of the system. I would highly recommend!
