It's been approximately 1 year since Terry and his crew set us up with a new unit. Their work was impeccable. We have a split system and the furnace is quite old, but in good working order, so I did not want to replace it. They worked extremely hard at making that happen for us, making several trips to our home over multiple days. I kept waiting for the extra charges that "miraculously appear" with some contractors, but they never came. The quote Terry gave us is what we paid. They were honest, trustworthy, informative, and thorough. I really can't say enough good about them. When it's time to replace that old furnace I'll definitely be giving them a shout.
Very pleased with the outcome. Gordan came out after hours and was troubleshooting the thermostat, furnace, heat pump but the solution ended up being replacing the thermostat. He did a great job and would highly recommend this company!!!
I hired Air Supreme to correct improper work (and damage done to my home) by another company. Air Supreme came in and carefully fixed the issue in the proper way. I only give 4 stars because their arrival time was a little late. I am very happy with their work.
