Lead Mark Callihan and helper T.J spent a full day at our home installing a new heating/air conditioning split unit.
They were both good workers. Mark was often cleaning his work area, vacuuming and throwing things away. T.J lined their work area with cardboard to catch any dirt. Placing cardboard on the floor was a good idea. They worked all day focusing on the job at hand. They were both pleasant and friendly to us, respecting our home. We felt comfortable around them.
Before they left, Mark explained everything on the checklist and showed how to work our new thermostat.
They cleaned up after their job, not leaving a mess anywhere.
I feel they did a thorough job.

The ladies who work in the office are very nice.
Had them install some split unites, they were professional and efficient. These unites work great and I would recommend them to anyone.
Air Supreme technicians, Dakota Nance and Dalton Crabtree , came to install a heat pump and auxiliary unit in my attic today. I couldn't be happier with Dakota and Dalton! We had a couple early speed bumps w the size of the attic access but they were unfazed and offered that it was no big deal and they would figure it out, which they did. They were professional and friendly too! These purchases are a big deal and big money. It helps a ton when you know you can count on people. I knew early in the day I could count of these two! I have another heat pump to put in for the downstairs next week. I would like to request Dakota and Dalton again!!! Also Gordon Meadows came to do professional cleaning of the ductwork. He did super. Very diligent and methodical and did very good work! I highly recommended the Air Supreme Team!! Thank you guys!! Jim

These days, it's hard to trust people that are selling you something or doing a service for you. You don't know if they are taking you for a ride or doing everything they're actually supposed to do. I didn't fill that way with Bill McCallister that was the tech to come out and do my work. He spent a good amount of time here, explained everything very well and the price for the actual work was pretty reasonable. He came across as honest and trustworthy, so I feel like I got good value and service out of them during the call. I would definitely use them again.
